Mr. Ted Jenkins, founder of GSF, is an entrepreneurial investment banking professional with over twenty years of experience advising, structuring, and arranging large fixed asset financings. As Group Managing Director of GSF, Mr. Jenkins leads a team of professionals who provide expert advice to clients in all aspects of structured transactions.

Mr. Jenkins' expertise includes the development of highly structured private placements with institutional investors. His ability to identify solutions for clients and coordinate the technical disciplines necessary to implement sophisticated financing strategies has led to numerous first-of-their-kind transactions.  These transactions typically focus on leasing or debt financing of fixed assets such as aircraft, rolling stock, manufacturing equipment, real property, and facilities of various types. Mr. Jenkins is also experienced in private equity and debt placements for small to mid-sized businesses.  Mr. Jenkins' focus on the rural electric cooperative, public power and general domestic municipal sectors have led to the successful completion of unprecedented lease transactions with advisory clients.  Over the course of his career, Mr. Jenkins has been directly responsible for sourcing, advising on, and arranging over $9 billion in new business.

Prior to GSF, Mr. Jenkins was Executive Managing Director of Dexia - Global Structured Finance (and previously one of three partners at PriceWaterhouseCoopers - GSF).  In these positions, his responsibilities included managing the domestic advisory and arranging practices for the group.  He also coordinated numerous aspects of the sale of the Group from PWC to the Dexia Group, which was completed at the end of January 2002. Mr. Jenkins was also responsible for the successful start-up of the energy-related project finance, mergers and acquisitions group. 

Mr. Jenkins received his B.A. degree in Mathematics and Economics from Colby College. Mr. Jenkins is registered as a General Securities Representative and Principal with the FINRA (Series 7, 63, and 24).
